Customer Service Policy
At The Feekaa, our goal is to make your life as a family member more comfortable. We make innovative, superior products for parents, babies, and kids.
Our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday (except holidays and weekends)
If your Feekaa Product is defective and is eligible for this limited warranty, we will repair or replace your product at our discretion.
